Representative Ivan brought up reconsideration of the vote on                  
CSHB465(HES) am (page 3377).                                                   
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 465(HES) am                                             
An Act relating to employment of teachers and school                          
administrators and to public school collective bargaining.                     
                                                                               
Representative Ivan placed a call of the House.

Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSHB465(HES) am be returned to second reading for the specific                 
purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment

Representative Vezey rose to a point of order.
